Taaza Kitchen is a vegetarian restaurant chain based in Hyderabad, India, known for authentic Udupi-style food, strict hygiene practices, and a unique combination of taste and technology. We currently operate through multiple branches in Madhapur, Tarnaka, and Ameerpet. We accept dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders through our site and platforms like Zomato and Swiggy.

1. Our Services

Taaza Kitchen provides dine-in, takeaway, and delivery services through our website and third-party platforms like Zomato and Swiggy. The services we offer include display of menu items, digital ordering interface, and customer support. These services are intended for customers located in areas we service, primarily within Hyderabad, Telangana. Access to our services is subject to local laws, and users accessing our platform from outside India are responsible for compliance with their local regulations.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, images, graphics, and materials displayed on the Taaza Kitchen website and associated platforms are the intellectual property of Taaza Kitchen or its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, menu design, promotional content, and website code. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

6. Purchases and Payment

We accept payments through various methods including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and third-party wallets. All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless specified. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the full order amount to your selected payment method. We reserve the right to update pricing and available payment methods at any time. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing. In the case of payment failure, no order will be processed, and you will need to reinitiate the transaction.

7. Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed and delivered. However, if you receive an incorrect, spoiled, or damaged item, please contact our support team immediately with photographic evidence and order details. We will investigate the issue and, if valid, issue a partial or full refund, or arrange for a replacement at our discretion.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Attempting to exploit promotional offers in bad faith.
