AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are Taaza Kitchen ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in India. Our address is:

We operate the website https://taazakitchen.in (the "Site"), as well as related services that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Services").
ABOUT TAAZA KITCHEN
Taaza Kitchen is a vegetarian restaurant chain based in Hyderabad, known for authentic Udupi-style food, hygiene standards, and quick delivery service. We currently operate branches at Madhapur, Tarnaka, and Ameerpet. Orders may be placed for dine-in, takeaway, or delivery via our website or trusted delivery partners (Zomato, Swiggy, and others).
ORDERING
By placing an order with us, you confirm that:
- All details you provide (address, phone, email) are accurate and complete.
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
- You understand that once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or returned except in exceptional cases such as wrong, spoiled, or missing items.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraudulent or incorrect details are provided.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices listed on the Site are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary based on location, menu updates, or promotions. The final price at checkout is binding. Payments must be completed through available methods (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, or COD where applicable). In case of payment failure, orders will not be processed.
DELIVERY
We strive for quick and reliable delivery. However, delivery times are approximate and subject to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery partners, traffic, weather, natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk and responsibility transfer to you once the food is handed over to the delivery partner. You must ensure someone is available to accept the order at the delivery address. If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, the order will be deemed completed and no refund will apply.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of food, all orders are final and non-returnable. Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:
- You receive an incorrect order.
- The order is missing items.
- The food delivered is spoiled or damaged (with valid proof).
All refund requests must be made within 2 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with details and photographic evidence. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Taaza Kitchen shall not be held liable for:
- Delays or service failures due to third-party delivery partners.
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or technical failures.
- Any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or data.
PRIVACY AND DATA
Your personal information (such as contact details and order history) will be used only to process orders and improve services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. While we employ reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute data protection against hacking or unauthorized access.
