Overview

At Taaza Kitchen, we strive to ensure your food orders are delivered fresh, hot, and on time. As a restaurant business offering both dine-in and food delivery services in Hyderabad, we have designed a clear and reliable shipping and delivery policy for our customers using our platform and our delivery partners like Zomato and Swiggy.

Serviceable Areas

We currently offer delivery services across selected localities in Hyderabad near our three branches: Madhapur, Tarnaka, and Ameerpet. Please check your area pin code on Zomato or Swiggy to confirm delivery availability.

Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated delivery time is 20–60 minutes from order confirmation depending on your location and time of day.
  • During peak hours, weekends, or adverse weather conditions, delivery may take slightly longer.
  • We make every effort to communicate delays via the delivery partner’s app notification.

Shipping Charges

  • All delivery orders placed via Zomato and Swiggy are subject to the respective platform's delivery fees, surge charges, and packaging charges.
  • We do not directly collect or control delivery charges.
  • Any promotional offers related to free delivery are applicable only if shown during checkout on the delivery partner’s platform.

Packaging

All food is packed with care using hygienic, eco-friendly materials. Hot food items are double-sealed, and cold beverages are packed to prevent spillage. We aim to ensure temperature and quality are maintained till delivery.

Order Tracking

All orders placed via Zomato and Swiggy can be tracked in real-time through their respective apps. You will receive live updates including estimated arrival time and delivery person details.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your address, contact number, and delivery instructions are correctly entered at the time of placing the order. Taaza Kitchen and its partners are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

  • If the customer is unreachable or not available at the delivery location, the order will be considered delivered and no refund shall be issued.
  • In case of technical failure by the delivery partner, a redelivery or refund may be initiated as per Zomato/Swiggy policy.

Return & Refund in Delivery Orders

As food is a perishable item, once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be returned. However, if there are issues such as:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Completely spoiled/inedible food
  • Unsealed or tampered packaging

Please raise a complaint within 60 minutes of receiving the order via the Zomato or Swiggy app support chat. Refunds are subject to review and decision by the delivery partner's support team.

Legal Clauses

  • All deliveries are governed by service agreements between Taaza Kitchen and third-party aggregators like Zomato and Swiggy.
  • Delivery timelines and logistics are managed by these partners and are not legally enforceable by Taaza Kitchen directly.
  • Any dispute must be resolved via the aggregator’s grievance system or in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws.

Force Majeure

Taaza Kitchen shall not be held liable for failure or delay in delivery due to events beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, lockdowns, strikes, traffic restrictions, or public unrest.
