1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect item delivered (e.g., wrong dish, missing items).
  • Food delivered in a damaged or unhygienic condition.
  • Order not delivered due to delivery failure confirmed by our team.
  • Duplicate payment due to technical issues.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Disliking the taste or quantity of the food.
  • Delay in delivery due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen issues.
  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Failure to collect the order from delivery agent despite repeated attempts.

3. Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of food, we do not accept physical returns. In case of any issue, please raise a complaint within 30 minutes of receiving the order.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  • Mention your order number, issue description, and share supporting photos if applicable.
  • All refund requests must be made within 1 hour of delivery.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days via the original payment method. UPI refunds may reflect within 24-72 hours.
